Hailing from Portugal, classical guitarist Moises earned his Bachelor in Music degree from the Portuguese institute Escola Superior de Música e Artes do Espetáculo (University for Music and Performing Arts) and his Master in Music degree from the Maastricht Academy of Music in the Netherlands, one of the most highly regarded guitar courses in Europe, under the guidance of world-renowned teacher and guitarist Carlo Marchione.

Moises has regularly performed as a soloist and in ensembles across multiple venues in Europe, including Theater aan het Vrijthof in Maastricht, London College of Contemporary Arts and Cadogan Hall in London. He has also performed twice with the Camden Symphony Orchestra in London and has made an appearance on a Dutch television show.

Moises was privileged to have participated in many masterclasses with some of the greatest classical guitar performers of today, including: Fabio Zanon, Ricardo Gallen, Margarita Escarpa, Leo Brouwer and David Russel.

Alongside his career as a performer, Moises is a dedicated and enthusiastic music educator, who enjoys sharing his passion for music with his students, inspiring them and nurturing their talents. He has devoted the past thirteen years to develop his pedagogical skills and teaching methods, and has taught in music schools across Portugal and London to hundreds of students. Aside from classical guitar, Moises also has a wealth of experience teaching electric guitar, acoustic guitar and ukulele.
