M.int Music Exploration Course (for ages 1-1.5)

The M.int Buds course is designed for students who are just becoming in tune with the world around them to experience and absorb a wide range of music. Through a musical method of supporting emerging motor, cognitive and social skills, the course aims to prepare the child for a life-long enjoyment of music and form an unrivalled, balanced, and comprehensive musical education.

In Buds classes, both child and accompanying-adult will be able to engage in playful Kodály-inspired singing and movement activities. By learning through listening, watching and moving to music with the instructor’s guidance, students will unconsciously deepen their understanding of the fundamental elements of music, such as pulse, pitch and timbre, and begin to find their own voice as a result. The Kodály Method of musical education has not only been proven to improve musical skills, but research has shown it also improves numerical, linguistic, and social skills!
